4 easy photoshop techniques (and 1 PSP)

I seem to come across all kinds of articles on various techniques involving Photoshop, hmmm, I wonder why that is   Here’s 4 easy techniques you can apply to your photos, my fav is probably the softening tip (tip #4).  I’ve done  something similar with Paint Shop Pro’s soft focus effect and I do like the results.
